Greetings all
Hi everyone,
I came across this site while trying to find more information on tracking my car. It’s currently in production and is slated to be completed by 8/24. I’ve shopped Minis in the past and could never really justify it. With the new Clubman, it finally reached a level of practicality that would work for me so I pulled the trigger. Can’t wait for it to arrive. Here’s the specs:
2018 Cooper S Clubman
Melting Silver Body Color
White Roof/Mirrors
JCW Interior Package
Cross Punch Leather: Pure Burgundy
Fully Loaded Package
-Technology Package
-Premium package
-Sport package
LED Headlights
18" Silver Star Spoke
Universal Garage Door Opener with Compass
White Bonnet Stripes
Auto-Dimming & Powerfolding Mirrors
Sirius Satellite radio

Tracking your car is a BIG part of the fun. The shipping company provides info and there are sites where, once you determine what ship your car is on, you can track the ship. Sweet torture, but worth it.
FYI, if you didn't do it, many of us added the spare tire -- it's about $100 and if you decide to shelve the run flats after you get the car, having the spare is nice. Ask your dealer if it's too late to add it if you want it and didn't get it.

Unfortunately I missed the window to add the spare as it's already in production. I was worried about the run flats as my previous experience was test driving a Cooper S hatch many years ago and it was really rough. For the Clubman, the car I was test driving had the 19 inch JCW wheels without the DDC and I thought the ride was actually not too bad. I'm expecting the 18's with DDC to be even better.
I really wish there was a way to watch the car while it's in production. They should have something like a baby monitor that you can tune in to.

I think you'll be very pleased. My wife got her 2018 ClubmanS about two weeks ago. I've not been allowed to drive it yet, but, I did get two rides in in while we tried to sort out how to use the onboard screens and make the radio work. I have a Cooper hatchback. The ClubmanS looks spectacular and rides very well.
