Check engine light - what's P191C?

My check engine light came on while on the freeway earlier this week. No obvious change to the way it's driving, just the light. '16 Clubman S.

Code reader showed P0446, P191C(02), and P1950(14). The P0446 is related to the evap system, so I made sure the gas cap was tight (it was) and cleared the codes ... but the light came back on today. This time only the P0446 and P191C(02).

I'm unable to find any info on P191C/P1950. While in all likelihood I'll just visit the dealer sometime soon, I'm a DIY-er and a backyard mechanic, so if anyone wants to try to get me started, I'm all ears.

Thanks!

P1950 on some car brands refers to the oxygen sensor which can cause issues like not starting, stalls, and/or engine light. As far as the OBD code itself -- "P" pertains to the powertrain; "1" designates Mini; however, I can find no "9" third-digit OBD code associated with a Cooper. Hopefully, someone else on the Forum can weigh in.

Had mine fixed under warranty. Too lazy to go out and get my receipts. But I will if it matters to anyone.

Please check when you get a chance to see what the dealer replaced. Thanks.

OP here. I actually think the P151C was a red herring - turns out my other two code readers don't show it, only the P0446. Weird that one has this additional code, two don't. The car is going to the dealer next week and I'll report back on what they replace.
