Hi guys i've a Countryman R60 (VIN: WS45453) and with car in stop and parking brake my iPhone6 don't play the Video, but only audio. Why?

I'm going to guess it is the same reason that in-car DVD players won't play on the nav screen - to prevent a distraction to the driver.

Someone else with more knowledge chime in, I'm throwing darts in the dark here.

 

No no mate, the iPhone6 don't send a video signal. Now i watch the video with iPhone 4s. If you want i'll send you a short video.

 

61122287505 is the old media Y cable , should work.

I would restart your phone and I would see if there is a flash update for your MINI Connected.

 

I've this cable, but he doesn't work with video.
I watch the video only with iphone4s, but not Podcast video

 

Did you restart the iPhone and make sure you have the most up to date software flash on the MINI connected side. You have a euro MINI, so you might want to call your local dealership, might need a software update.
