Yeah, well, I try. I've got a .ppt for all y'all to print and bring; I'm in the process of converting it to a PDF and hosting it online. Almost -- and I stress almost -- idiot proof....

Here they are, directions for you to print out when you want to go do the Poppa Bear Point run. New and improved. Er, new. They're just new.

Should match nicely the Google Earth file I just posted. And it includes the names of the villages you OCD-types will want to enter into your NAV, if you have OEM or some other (cough cough lame cough cough) GPS system to which you can't upload routes.

Party on.

And yes, print your own. No, I am not bringing 12 copies on Saturday.

I threw up the (revised) link for the drive for Saturday -- if nothing else, treat yourself to a nice drive through the forest.

And, folks, it looks like I won't be there. Not for any of it. Long story -- I'll tell you over a beer sometime.

 

Damn, that sucks. I will take lots of pics and some video too for you!

 

Just be sure to put a new tape in. The last thing we'd need would be for you to cue up the tape and instead of showing us Mini's going like mad, we get something with a waa-chicka-waa-waa soundtrack from your Friday night!

Fellas, I'm back in WONDERFUL Nederlands safe and sound. Just another long drive but was an EXCELLENT day. Loesches, thanks for the chow and hospitality! Hope ya'll are successful in getting to the infield. Snaps and video are expected. Especially if ya'll do that run again!

Went for a run tonight. Saw 4 Mini's. Not bad -- for Bucharest!

Im working on re-sizing and uploading the pics now so that I can post them on here for you.

I dont think the rotors were smoking the whole time, afterall it did take a while to get them warmed up
