Hopefully this is a quick fix and Im not going digging.

My front light bar on my grill will not turn on, no matter how many buttons I bang on like a monkey.

Now, I also have a second switch, on the left side of the steering wheel (LHD) and down a bit. On it is a picture of a light with a "2" written on it. When pressed, the lil green light on it, goes on!

Is Problem B supposed to solve Problem A?

Well you have to take the covers off silly!

If they are driving lights like I think they are, they only work with high beams on.

^ yup. If you used the relays normally packaged w/ Aux driving light they will only come on when the Hi beams are activated.
