Where does this go?

There is a small plastic plug to the right and down from the windshied washer reservior. Does this lead to the cabin? Can I run my driving light switch wires through here?

check the other side of that black metal circle. there should be a
larger grommet you can cut and put a wire through.

Another good spot to get into the cabin is the large rubber gasket around the steering wheel shaft.
