Electrical DeepOBD, how can I reset the adaptations?

I want to reset the adaptations on my R55 Cooper S N14.
I have an OBD Reader and downloaded the app DeepOBD.
AFAIK it can nearly do anything INPA can do too.
I am able to connect it to my car etc. and I even found the place where I can delete the adaptations in my ECU, but I do not know, what Values I have to put in.
Maybe someone can help me with that.
