Electrical OEM Rally Driving Lights installation Help

Hi, could someone tell me what I could be doing wrong with this installation and why the rally lights are not coming on. when engine and lights on the rally light switch illuminates on standby Green light stays on when activated Instructions for Engine Fuse Box. I connected Branch A5 (eyelet M8) to terminal 30 support point X2 of engine Compartment fuse holder. I connected the branch A4 (eyelet M6) to terminal 31 support to ground. Instructions for Footwell Cars with Xenon Lights: X14261 socket(Grey) :Pin 41 is occupied, so i connected GE/BL (yellow/Blue) cable to the cable connected to pin 41. Connect A11 with a 2 way connector GR/RT (Grey/Red) cable to GR/RT (Grey/Red) cablel from Pin 48 in Socket x14261 (Black socket) Connect A12 with a 2 way connector GR (Grey) cable to GR (Grey) cablel from Pin 12 in Socket x14261 (Black socket) Fuse connected Relay fuse connected I followed the instructions and the switch lights up but the rally lights won’t come on.
