Electrical Electrical Gremlins F60
My trouble began when we came out to the garage and found all the windows down and the sunroof open. When we tried to rectify that, we found that only the passenger front window and the sunroof responded. We'd had a few sporadic times when the drivers window controls didn't work prior to this. I checked the fuse box in the glove compartment and didn't find any issues then moved on to the ones on the side of the passenger footwell. None of the fuses associated with the windows proved to be bad. I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and no change was noted. I got out my old Foxcomm scanner and got codes that the relays for each window were not getting power, that the radio was working continuously, and that the sensor for rain wasn't working. So I ordered a newer scanner that promised to be able to activate the windows (Foxcomm 510 Elite). It did just that and we are able to use the car. But then I scanned it. Good grief!
I have codes 03001E, 03009E, 03011E, 03019E saying there was no input voltage at the relays. Then I have 8040B9, 8040BD, 8040CD, 804143, D90D07, and D90D29. Every time I scan I get more, some that mention short circuits.
Dealer is an hour away and doesn't have a great reputation for service. Any, and I mean any help greatly appreciated.

I'm going to try and check continuity of each fuse. I'm about to run out of tricks here and my next step would be to disconnect the battery overnight and reconnect it and run the codes again. If that proves to be of no effect then it's headed to a local independent BMW shop who is highly rated. Last thing I want to do is head to the dealer. So again, 112 reads of the thread could mean I'm an idiot and you folks are super nice. Always a possibility when I'm over my head. But since I'm a school teacher (3rd grade) I have two traits that apply - poor and persistent. So any ideas appreciated.
So.... I got a new scanner and was able to reinitialize the windows. They worked! Hooray!!! Until they didn't. So something in the controller for those motors is not sending power to them according to the codes. Is that the footwell module?
