Question: Wideband AFR Retrofit Options

Hi folks! I’m planning on purchasing a wideband Air/Fuel Ratio setup for my 2005 R53. I’m currently leaning towards the AEM X-Series UEGO, but before I pull the trigger, I have a specific question that I haven’t yet found answered in existing threads:

Is there any alternative setup that allows me to replace the stock upstream O2 sensor with the wideband sensor, AND has a narrowband output that could plug directly into the old narrowband sensor socket, AND also has an output for data-logging? I feel like that would be my ideal solution, but I don’t know if it exists.

Thank you in advance for your insight!

I’ve been meaning to try exactly this with my Innovate. I’ve seen conflicting reports of success though.
