manual swap coding

I have a 06 r53 with a completed manual swap but I can not get the p0700 light to go away. I need this car otr asap. Can anyone help? I have ncsexpert as well. located in Raleigh NC.

When GT350 did his swap, he had to get in touch with a guy in bimmer forum to code it for him. I think this is the million dollar step to complete the swap. I also will try to located the guy to fix a stupid mistake i did using a MT ECU on an AT car lol, the code somehow got stored in the ECU and not i have AT missing error...but anyway, let us know. Also, if you end up having the guy to it for you, PLEASE record what he does. GT350 said it took him less than a minute to fix the issue!!!

Thanks for the info MiniToBe. I will search him out and see what he says.

Give this a try...it seems really easy and straight to the point. I will try it on my car too and I hope it works.

Problem solved!!!! I got up with Levan at bimecu.com. He remoted coded my junk and now we are golden. No check engine light and getting inspected this morning. Took him about 1.5 hrs of remote coding through team viewer. A huge thank you to everyone for helping me find him. Manual swap complete

To be honest it was difficult to take notes. He moves very fast through the various menus and such. I am very skilled engine builder but my computer skills are very limited so I cant speak intelligently on exactly what he did. His price is right though.
