Help! Can you identify this wire?

I was inspecting the coolant overflow tank and noticed there is a wire that is touching (cutting into) the what appears to be a heat shield.

Does anyone know what this is? I am going to the mechanic tomorrow to have him inspect and repair. Not to mention, relocate and secure so this doesn't happen again.

Turns out to be wiring for power steering pump. No damage, but close. Repaired protective covering, moved and secured out of the way.

Yea, its the P/S main harness. Zip tie them out of the way a bit so they dont wear.
