Electronic boost gauge install

Just purchased a boost gauge from a member here, and looking for advice on how/where to run the harness from the sending unit into the cabin for the gauge. Also and help with where to pick up lighting control will be appreciated. Its my understanding everything is PWM which means it would be simplest just to connect it to an accessory power?
