Wiring aftermarket Daytime Running Lights

All,

I'm installing an aftermarket LED Daytime Running Light kit in my 2014 Mini Countryman S All4.
This is the kit (though I bought it from a different seller): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Exact-Fit-5-LED-High-Power-LED-Daytime-Running-Lights-For-MINI-Cooper-Countryman-/131276688582?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e90b34cc6&vxp=mtr
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good place to tap into a 12v source to power the DRL relay (it only requires 5 amps)?

I would prefer:
1. A source that only comes on when the car is in Drive (or not in Park)
2. OR, failing that, a source that is only on when the engine is running
3. OR, failing that, a source that is on with the ignition

I have considered using an Add-A-Circuit kit (
Amazon.com: ATO ATC Add-A-Circuit KIT. This KIT includes ATO ATC Add A Fuse (same function as Littelfuse FHA200BP ATO Add-A-Circuit Kit) and 6 ATO ATC fuses (3A, 5A, 7.5A, 10A, 15A, 20A): Automotive Amazon.com: ATO ATC Add-A-Circuit KIT. This KIT includes ATO ATC Add A Fuse (same function as Littelfuse FHA200BP ATO Add-A-Circuit Kit) and 6 ATO ATC fuses (3A, 5A, 7.5A, 10A, 15A, 20A): Automotive
) to tap into a fuse location.
But, I am unsure what fuse would be good to use.

I've checked other postings about this issue, but haven't found a good concise answer.

Thanks!
