Gauge LED's

Does anyone do the soldering work to change our orange LED's ? I have Chrono , Speedo/Tach combo, and all switches I'd like to change to blue LEDs. I'd rather pay for the work, than get frustrated with those little LED's.

Ideas welcomed...
