Hid question

Bought an hid kit from ddm tuning. 35watt, just the kit...

Popped em in, hallelujah they work...backed out of my garage and bam they start flickering...

Do I need the error eliminator or the wiring harness that connects to the ba, I'll wote in the resistors for the bulb out..but will the harness or the eliminator get rid of the flickering? I knpw I can tap into ncs but I dont have it yet...and I can't find a solid answer other.then "search" or contradictory statements (i <3 the interweb
Anybody?

*******
Btw...love the site, really helpful, didnt want to ask a dead question but I couldnt find a solid "you need this"answer....but the audi forums point towards the eliminators and so does 49% of this site

What kind of kit did you get, 1 xenon bulb, xenon bulb with halogen high beam, or xenon with hi/lo mechanism?

For the 1 xenon bulb and hid/halogen you can plug in the bulb out eliminator and that will solve your flickering and bulb out. I believe it's the same outcome for the hi/lo xenon setup as well but not too sure.

Get the Ncs done ASAP. The cold/warm bulb checks suck.

Your too awesome!

Ncs will happen after 3" turbo back straight pipe (leaving towards side exit) I opted or of the warranty for a reason lol...

And its single elememt, I've never been a fan of hi lo when the high is just a standard halogen glued to the bottom of it...crazy...

Am I going to have these same problems when I switch everything to led? I'm assuming not because if the low voltage but its my first "fancy car" got rid of a fully shaved tucked built ek hatch (#selfmade lol) for an 08 clubman loaded minus navi....

Sorry for being a honda guy in advance...not your f&f honda guy though...

Coming from a sentra spec v myself. You'll have bulb outs from the LEDs and a lightshow on start up(blinking for a few secs)
