Electrical NCS Error message, help needed

NCS Error message, help needed
Started programming the Mini today and I keep getting this message when I try and access the FRM & SPEG modules.
Error in CABD! Look at CABI.ERR and ERROR.LOG!
COAPI-2000: ESIABAS or SGBD error
BIP-0009: Faulty BEST version of description file
Can anyone help? I also noticed I don't see FRM2 module in the list.
I have good connection between the car and the computer.
