Electrical power with lights only wire tap location?

power with lights only wire tap location?
does anyone know where i can tap into power, that is only powered when the running lights / regular lights are on? i want my gauges lights to only light up with my running lights.
is there a fuse for them somewhere? i have a fuse tapper id like to use, otherwise, anyone know where the wire is / what color, ect ect.
