Your MINI looks BEAUTIFUL, philiptoys! Congratulations on a great job! When the temperature index hits 113 here, it is agony, and I hide indoors. In Dubai I guess 113 is pretty much normal. Wow.

Thanks for the great photos

They are glossy ,matching black 668 .I am thinking to respray the oem black grill trim because the plastic look not so glossy as the headlight and rear trim .

You can do it glossy black here with the blackout kit once it becomes fully available within a few months, or you can do it matte black with plastidip.

P.S. nice to see another Vortexer/TCLer here!

This wait is agonizing. Almost as bad as waiting for the delivery of the car...

Has anyone ordered the blackline side scuttles with the smoked lens? I am curious to see what it looks like. I'm still waiting on the rear tail trim.

Philliptoys, I see you have the blackkine side scuttles. Can you take a photo of them?

From what I've been told, the black tail light option has not been approved by the DOT and they are on indefinite hold for the USA. Apparently it a lumens issue.

I was told the same thing as well. But ECStuning imports Blackline lighting for BMWs so I'm sure they can get the Blackline tails.

I just got an update from MINI. The Black Line tail light surrounds are NLA here in the States. But ECStuning.com can order them from their European Supplier. Which will take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
