Headlights

I know this has been beaten to death, but I can't find an answer to my questions. Pictured here are a set of Xenon headlights (non projector). https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ts-pair&cat=22 I have a late year 2005 MCS with non xenon lights (halogen). I know the projector type need the vehicle leveling wiring ran to the rear suspension. My first question is... Do these lights need the leveling sensors? My second questions is would these lights work without flickering if reprogrammed on my late year 05 MCS? Thanks for any help.
