programming new key

Hi
is there anyway to program a new key?and if yes how it can be done?
i have DIS v57,inpa,ncsexpert,winkfp.

You mean the remote key fob?
The dealer MUST recode / reprogram up to three total fobs at one time.
New ones, and ONLY NEW UNITS should be purchased from the dealer as they are partially programmed to your car due to VIN matching.

Don't buy e-bay fobs they can not be matched to your car.

i'm sure that the dealer must not reprogram/recode three fobs per time.
i've seen it but i don't know how it can be done.

No they dont do three at a time they just are not allowed by MINI/BMW rules to do more than three fobs in a visit

No ONLY from a dealer.

People try to sell there old FOBs on ebay and other sites just to get some extra cash and once used or coded they are not allowed to be coded for another car. Major safety and liability problems if they were.
