R53 Headlight Adjustment?

Yellow,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the headlights for my 2004 Mini Cooper S? I tried to adjust them using those screws in the back of the headlight, but I cant get it the way I want. Right now, the cars light is really wide and aimed to high. Its like the light is all over the place. I want it to be less wide, focused a lot towards the middle of the car and alittle low. Just like a really strong beam towards the middle. I dont really know what screws are which for adjusting the lights. I heard that the outside screws adjust it from left to right and the inner screws adjust the height. Does any one know which is which?

I messed with it a couple of times, but never seem to get it the way I want. I dont want to keep on trying and mess it up. Does anyone know if it will mess up my car? Should I do it with my car and headlights on? Since I messed with it a couple of time not knowing which screw is which, it also seems like my day running lights are moved.

I can send pictures if you guys want. I have OEM HIDs, but swapped it out with aftermarket ones. HELP! THANKS!
