Help Changing '06 Running light!

I've searched the forum and still can't find a great way to get this bulb out. (sorry the thread said light but its the BULB i need to change) Someone posted that you don't mess with the 3 silver prongs, but said to push up with out disconnecting the wiring from the bulb. Does the head unit need to come off in order to get this bulb out? Please help me. I've been searching online for hours. You'd think it'd be a simple fix. Thanks so much for your time!

I dont have reg headlights and have a 1st gen. - But from you photo, can't you just push a few of those three metal tabs back to release that base of the bulb free ?

Gees I got it. The harness pulls right off the bulb. On my friends you can just tug on the hardness and the entire bulb comes out with it. Mine must be stripped or something. I eventually pulled it out with pliers which was a guess from the start but didn't think it'd require something like that and I was just scared to break something. Thanks for looking though!
