I'm looking for a replacement battery for my 2006 S Cabrio. It appears from the electrical subforum that the Optima Red Top 34R is the most recommended replacement battery, but I'm getting mixed signals from the battery suppliers I've talked to and want to confirm here in this forum that the Red Top 34R is a good choice for the 2006 S Cabrio.

I'm also curious whether, due to the drain on the battery when opening the top without the engine running, I should be looking at a Yellow Top alternative? (Sadly, it doesn't appear they offer the reversed terminal option for the Yellow Tops.)
