Matching interior neon

Im looking to add neon strips under the dash in the same orange as the rest of the interior. I know nothing of doing such things.
1) Where would I find such neon and how would i have it color matched
2) How is it installed? Can I have a switch control both the driver and passenger sides without wires everywhere?

It should be easier to use orange LED strips. You can buy them ready to wire into 12v power. For example, from Oznium: http://www.oznium.com/flexible-led-strips (the flexible and thin varieties are available in orange).

You can wire them come to on with the footwell lights, or connect them to a 12v power source from the fuse box if you want to control them independently through a switch.
