Hello ALL! I have an issue with my 05 MCS low beam(xenon) driver side light not working. I've swap the light bulb to the passenger side to see if it's the bulb and it is not it. The high beams work just fine... what can it be? I have been reading other threads saying it maybe be the ballast; what exactly is a "ballast"? and Does anyone know what could have caused it to go bad. Also, can it possible be a wire that may have gotten loose? If so, which wire deals with the low beam? Sorry for so many question Thank you for the help!!!!

 

.....just found out it not the ballast. Anyone have an idea?

 

WOO HOO!...just found out it was the ballast, lol! i thought the ignition for the bulb was the ballast; i did some more research and proved myself wrong. thank you to the mini forum!
