Looking at the website for the LED light, it says:

"Many accessory 12 volt power outlets are larger than the cigarette lighter outlet. Spotlight will not fit properly in the larger accessory style power outlets."

Did you find it still fit alright in the MINI's outlet?

Got mine in from JTSpotlight last week. These things are bright for one LED!

And if anyone is worried about the red glow when charging (I thought it might look funny), it actually fits in fairly nicely.
