After looking at them, you could just get a set of regular driving lights and get an HID kit with rebased bulbs for half the price. I saw most of the ff200 Xenon going for $500-$700. You could easily get driving lights for $200 and a kit for $99-150.
well u can use them for whatever you want, but when theres oncoming traffic i dont suggest using them so that you dont blind the person in front of you. usually there to light up a dark road, and to look nice of course
