Does anyone know if the mileage would stay the same if I were to swap out speedos. I want to buy a second one to swap out the LED color in case I mess up. If it doesn't is there a way that I can change something to make it work.

 

Yep. It's not like old days. The mileage info is stored in the ECU, that info is sent to the odometer reader in the speedo.
