If I have the normal A/C controls, can I switch them to the digital ones without any mod or extra wiring??

 

I don't believe so. The auto A/C has servos to move the flaps/valves that you currently move manually, so at a minimum you'd have to add those. The function may or may not be coordinated by the BC1 (though it likely is.)
