I recognize that our current EIM event calendar doesn't go past the end of 2015. I have tried to contact the NAM administrators several times over the past month using the "Contact Us" form to get it fixed, but their customer service has been nonexistent thus far.

You could start a facebook group for EIM. You can create events really easy there. Just an idea.
