I just got word that my Mini is scheduled to be built on April 3rd! Then it will take the long journey across the pond. Can't wait! I don't think I'll make it for the April meet up. Hope to be there in May.

 

I know you're excited but wait till you get it. Not seen nothing yet.

I have gone through this waiting process three times, and I am sure the link Gil-Galad posted will help pass the time and feed the obsession. Through one site I found a photo of my roro on the day she left Southampton with my new baby on board. I contacted the photographer, and she sent me original photos. So cool

I have gone to the Owner's Lounge "Where's My Baby" often enough that the little song has become my anthem. I recorded it so that now, when I get the urge to order, I play the song instead. It's like a baby's pacifier: calms me right down.
