I hope it's what you're after. I've had mine on about a month now, and I really like it. Sounds great, noticeable but not annoying.

 

Based on what i've heard in person i'll give my impressions.

Miltek - On the lower end of the noise department, never heard it with a header, sounded fine without it though

One-Ball - Cheapest, most shops will do this for $60-$100. Sounds very similar to the stock exhaust, but slightly deeper. If your exhaust pops a lot now, it will pop even more after, and IMO the pops sound like a jar of BB's, but some people like it.

Invidia w/OBX Header and Stock Cat - This is what I run. It's loud at WOT, Very tame at lower RPM's/cruise. VERY slight drone (Only appearent if you drive at 75+).

Magnaflow - Pretty damn loud!

Alta 2.5" - Slightly louder than Miltek, not by much though

Alta 3.0" - Similar in volume to the Magnaflow, I think it sounds better though.

Borla Sport - Similar to the Miltek

Borla Race - Pretty loud! Close to Magnaflow.

Listening to clips helps, really you have to hear it in person though. Head to a local club meet, people are bound to have exhausts

I was planning on getting a Miltek but now this thread has me wanting a Borla Race, i want good sound, i want to be noticed, i had a '89 mustang GT with a race header and flowmasters and i loved that everyone could hear me coming a mile down the road. I want something louder than stock but i think the magnaflow will be too loud.

 

Milltek catback & headers. I get compliments all the time.

 

IMO Borla Race sounds better than magnaflow, but i've been told the new magnaflow is signifigantly better. I've been told Invidia with a header is one of the nicer sounding exhausts. I'm not 100% satisfied, but I will admit it's nice sounding. It's all opinion, it's hard to ask because everyone will like something different. IMO the old magnaflow sounds ricey .
