Selecting drivetrain components

I'm thinking about changing my clutch soon so I was loking into doing the clutch / flywheel and possibly an LSD all in one go.

Can anyone recommend any of the above components?

If you want to really do a LSD, then the only one you would want to bother with is the Quaife. As for clutch and FW, I dont advise anything heavier than the stage 2 from Spec as it kills your driveability from red light to red light. Same thing with the FW. A lighter flywheel makes it harder for starting out, especially on a steep incline. I need to use my e-brake whenever on a steep incline or rev the car up past 2500 rpms as when u let the clutch out it drops revs by 500-800 rpm. But on the plus side, your car will rev much faster and in the turns it pulls out a lot harder, especially with the LSD.

Its not the HP ratings but the torque ratings that you need to look at. Torque is what causes the clutch to slip & our MINI's just are not torque monsters, now the new R56 thats a totally different story.......
