i bought a evotech chip and have pinging with it im thinking of going with a different chip or programming but don't want to loose 700 bucks what should i do

 

try going back to the vendor

 

Like Bart said, go through the vendor first. If that doesn't work, you could get in touch with evotech headquarters in Germany. I had my ECU tuned there and I think they would be more than willing to help with your problem.

All valid BUT HOWEVER SOLD THIS TO YOU SHOULD a) RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM until you are happy or b) return/refund YOUR MONEY.

You should not

1) have to go to Arizona or GERMANY - PERIOD.
2) REACH IN your pocket further (perhaps some shipping cost) - PERIOD.

Who sold this to you? There are plenty of quality MINI vendors here that are willing to earn your business. Depending on which Credit Card you used contact the CC company and dispute the charge.

I can appreciate that things sometimes don't work the first time but they should be a making every "good effort" to resolve this problem.

By no means should you have to resolve this yourself .
