Pilo Green filter = which K&N replacement?

It's time to clean the Green cone filter on my Pilo CAI, but I can't really go without a filter while I wait for it to dry. So, I'm going to buy a new filter and was considering my options. K&N filters can go much longer before needing cleaned - how would the performance compare? And, which model is equivalent in terms of size and fit?

One night when you get home pull the filter out and clean it leaving it to dry overnight. You'll be in the same boat if you go with another reuseable filter. I've had K&N before and I didn't clean it any less than I do my Pilo. No more than 10k miles on either.
