Before I pick up the phone and order..

Does anyone have any final thoughts on my decision on purchasing the new ALTA 17% 2.0 pulley?

I was thinking 15% but I figure if I'm going to have the motor jacked up I might as well go 17%.

My first concerns are drive-ability, engine-supercharger longevity and scaring my wife. I do require a reliable care that will get me the 900 miles to the Dragon in the spring.

As long as your going to only change the one pulley go with the 17% but if you are going to change both put on the 15% pulley

Go with the M7 16%, it's the perfect percentage, and if you ever want a little more you can install M7's 2% crank pulley.
I have both and I think it's the perfect combo. My car is a daily driver, and does scare my wife sometimes.

Go for it! Either that or the M7 16%. Both awesome products, though I have the M7.

Here is a vote for the Alta 17%....

If you are looking for low end grunt, you will get more of it with the 17% than the 16% or the 15%.

I have the Alta 17%, and am quite satisfied. Regardless of which s/c reduction pulley you go with, get the Goodyear Gatorback belt - the sound is only to be experienced (words just don't do justice to the experience).

I went with the ALTA 2.0 17% To bad I have to wait a month to have it installed.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how this will affect engine and SC longevity?
