Help! Whine when engaging clutch in 1st and rev.

Hey everyone here. I had the mini dealership install an M7 lightened flywheel and a touch above stock clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing, because when engageing in 1st and reverse the car makes a noticeably loud whine like a lare rusty metal door swinging open (I hope that takes you there). It did it slightly every now and then when it had the stock flywheel/clutch set up at 20,000 miles and now it does this every time I let out the clutch in 1st and rev. I have the usual clutch chatter which I am not concerned with, but this noise makes my otherwise nice car sound like crap when I pull off. I am extreemly happy with how fast the car revs now with the new set up, but I am baffled. What causes this noise and how can I stop it. I am really grateful for ANY help. Thanks in advance.

The whine was on the stock set up only ever so slightly and only some of the time. Then since the mini dealership said they would fix it I offered to supply high performance parts since they would eat the approx. $1300 labor charge. When I got the car back it reved extreemly quick and I liked it and I pointed it out that the noise that they origionally had to change out the clutch and flywheel for was more prevalent after the swap. I am thinking it is maybe because of all the weight that was clipped off from the flywheel and it isn't absorbing as much vibration? The technician who did the swap said it was clutch chatter, but later on I'm thinking that clutch chatter shouldn't happen when the car starts moving right? I have heard performance choppers with performance clutches make almost the exact same noise, but what is it that causes this noise? Thanks everyone.

my homie jus got his MK4 golf(VW) back, i'll check his to see wut tha deal is on his, his is a much lighter unit(kit), never have heard a kit that light b4!!

You've probably got a bad gear in the box. First and reverse typically use common gears.
