Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) - do our cars have them?

since around '97, BMW has been putting clutch delay valves on all of their manual transmission-equipped cars. Removal of the CDV on my old M3 really improved clutch feel, and I'd like to know if the MCS also has one of these. Before I jack my car up and snoop around, I thought I'd ask you guys if these cars come from the factory with CDVs.

quick explanation of what a CDV is: http://www.zeckhausen.com/CDV.htm

Doesn't look like it, but certainly feels like it should have one sometimes...

I'm not seeing any CDV here, but wonder if it's not built in to one of the fittings...

Nope, no CDV, thank goodness. BMW uses it on BMW branded cars to keep the tires from squealing when DSC is activated. AKA the anti-power-shift device.

I know there's a way for BMW owners to remove that annoying CDV.

At least, MINI doesn't have this kind of device!
