I was chit chatting with couple of guys outside US, and they are extremely happy with the products and services, i sent an e-mail to the distributor in US and they are very helpful and knowlegable. Any experience so far?

Kelleners is a highly respected tuning firm from Germany, there is a couple of guys in our MINI-club that have had their cars tuned by Kelleners and they've been nothing but happy.
