G-tech, Passport In Car Dyno's
I Am Playing Around With Passports' In Car Dyno, I Am Wondering If Anyone Has Compared These Gizmos To A Real Dyno Or To The Drag Strip. My Car Has 15% Pulley, Cai, Custom Exhaust, Mth Tuner File, And Roja Lite Wheels, Pretty Much Standard Mods. Here Is A List Of My Results.

1/4 Mile 14.2 @ 96 Mph
I Have A Ported And Flowed Head And I Am Going To Remove The Precat On The Stock Header To See What Kind Of Gains I Will Get. I Was Very Surprised At The 0-60 Time, Wondering If This Gizmo Is Accurate. It's Pretty Much The Same Setup As The G-tech.
Cheers

After everything...
including wind resistance.
A chassis dyno measures power of the engine minus accesories on the car, minus drive-line losses.
An accelerometer measures all the above, but with the addition of areodynimic losses.

Does this device log data for longer runs, like ten miles, or do any of them? I am looking for one what will show lateral g's, acceleration, braking and other data for up to 30 minutes of run time with datapoints in small time increments that would be useful for seeing what the car is doing down a road.
