Alta Lightweight Crank Pulley Install

I am a little concerned about attempting the lightweight crank pulley mod as a DIY without the BMW/MINI specific tools, and was curious as to what others have paid for a shop to perform the install. With the proper tools, how much time should it take a professional to do the job and what is a fair price? I received the Alta 2% for Christmas and would like to get it out of the box and on the car. Advice please!

no more than a 40mins.. (if that much).. it took randy at webbmotorsports 1 and 1/2 hours to install a crank pulley, supercharger pulley, wires, and plugs.. seemed like the super charger pulley took the longest time.. (he finished the install with time to spare)

good luck

Like BMDoubleU said the crank pulley is a quick install. It is much easier on a MCS then a MCSa due to space issues .

It seemed pretty easy with the proper tools. Such as a crank pulley removal tool and Belt Tensioner tool.
