Getting your MINI a present for Christmas?

Was wondering what Santa was bringing your MINI this year. Anyone buying their MINI a present for Christmas? I know i'm not the only one spoiling my MINI this Christmas... Post what you're buying for your MINI

I'll start... it's not much, but it's something:
1) Stripes (MIGHTYSTRIPES)
2) TailLight/Reflector Tints (Lamin-X)
3) Finally getting the Pulley/Plugs Installed
4) I'm still deciding on the Aero Kit Grills

A trip to the car wash is my MINI's favorite thing, so guess what it's getting? My MINI seems to prefer the classic look, so extra adornments appear to be of little interest. For the MINI who has everything....yup, a car wash (pure pampering) suffices.

My MINI should be giving ME a present I spoil that car and spend so much on it. I expect to get in it Sunday and see at least a thank you card on the seat.

John, get crazy and remove the wheels, clean the plastic fender liners. The MINI loves it - AND - it makes it faster.

They make gear shift cozies?

The MINITOR is getting a new horn, a skid plate, and I am somehow going to make a front license plate mount out of the tow hook to show I care.

Topper has been with me now about 2-1/2 months and has earned his stripes. So for Christmas, I have ordered him traditional Cooper stripes but in two shades of silver. Should look great with his silver S-lites, silver and black/grey interior and all Jet Black exterior. Can't wait.

Hey, buddy!!! Oh yes, you are right....MINIs love that! Mine are generally in pristine condition but I'd do confess (different thread?) I'd love to clean the back of my wheels.

I tell friends that if you want to see what kind of mood I'm in, check my fender liners. If they're clean, I'm ready for some good times!!!

I don't know who makes them or where to buy them. We had a Dirty Santa gift exchange at our club Christmas party and we ended up with the cozy and seat back pull straps.

I found this pic in "glmini's" gallery:

I figure it will stay on there till about March or so.

Cheap **** cozy!

I was unable to find any type of **** cozy, and with winter here, my **** was getting awfully cold I found that a cheap solution is a pair of small baby socks, they fit just right and have little slippage.

Cheers!

I met the person who makes them at the Dragon last summer. I do not remember her name, but she was there with the Indiana group. Try PMing MIMItencan and ask because I know she’s on top of all the MINI owners up there.

They sell those cozies at "Out Motoring" for like 16 bucks. As for me I aready got a chrome trim kit for the interior and waiting for an Alta IC w/diverter, hoping to really bring the reduction pully to life with that one.

Christmas came early this year.
Already in the car:

1. MyMini Sport exhaust
2. Fidanza short-shifter
3. Short antennea
4. "Sport" logo

Still on the list (not this Christmas, but eventually...):

1. StopTech rotors
2. Front/rear sway bars
3. JCW style rear lights
4. Sport seats
5. Larger throttle body (if anybody talks me into it)
6. Lightweight flywheel (again, if anybody talks me into it)
7. Headers (if I'm lucky)

And as soon as those are done, I'll have another 7 or 8 in mind.
Take care,
Leo.

Yup. Half of the gifts are here. The real gift will be the installation...

1. Quaife LSD
2. SPEC Stage II+ clutch/disc
3. M7/RPS lightweight flywheel
4. Alta shortshifter with ****.

Whee!

Hey, let me know what you think of that flywheel. I'm thinking about one myself, but not sure on the gains/adavantages from it. Please, keep me posted.

Good list . Take care,
Leo.
