I plan on doing JCW Injectors, 17% Pulley reduction, GIAC Ecu Flash.

How much HP do you think I would be running to the wheels/crank?

Only costing me like $1300.

I had a previous post about being scared to upgrade my car due to warrantys but ya know what. You only live once!

 

GIAC has an ECU remap for the 17% pulley and larger injectors?

 

Helix13 worked with GIAC to come out with specific maps for any modifications on the MINI it was in a article i read in Eurotuner.

 

I actually spoke to Eric. He told me they have 18 specific files to run depending on mods.

 

I'm thinking along the same lines... Doing the Pulley, software, injectors and maybe intake to a otherwise stock 05 MCSC... I'd rather stay with the stock exhaust if it won't penalize me too much. I'm really happy with the balance between tone and volume with the new 05 Exhaust...

Do you have other drivetrain mods in place / what's your baseline config?

 

Just an Intake. When I spoke to Eric at Helix he told me a new exhaust would show very minimal gains. I plan getting the Miltek once I change my Throttle Body to a bigger bored out one.


Any ideas of what HP ill be running with these mods? I can't wait to get this done. Probably in the next 2 weeks or so.

Helix has a dyno in the shop, so you can ask Eric to dyno it for you if he has time, but I believe there is a charge for the service. Post the numbers if you get them.
