Drivetrain HELP with JCW intake! Can't find vaccum line!

HELP with JCW intake! Can't find vaccum line!
OK i have the etire intake installed and think that i have found the vaccum line to t-into but i cant get it apart. Directly below the intercooler on the drivers side there is a tube i cant get apart. How do i do this?
