Drivetrain Mods and codes?

Mods and codes?
I thought that those of us that have modded our cars and had a light come on could post them here...ie what mod, what lights/codes/etc, fixes and solutions.
I got the idea because a code came on today (P0128) telling me that the coolant temp is too low.
I don't think that the mods have anything to do with it (unless someone can tell me otherwise) but it sure would be nice to have a thread where I can check for things like that...

If you did MTH software that could be it, I've read a little about it. Check that thread for info. I'm going to do the MTH within the next week or so.
