If the clicking is rotational when you turn your wheels, it is possible the axle is bad. It is possible for axles to go bad even if the boots are still intact. I'd suggest getting the endlink issue resolved and seeing if that illuminates the sound you're hearing. Do you have upgraded sway bars? Possibly getting an upgraded sway bar to help stiffen up the chassis will help get rid of the body roll you're seeing when cornering, which essentially may help resolve your current issue. (Options here). See if that helps and if the clicking persists, but you are no longer seeing the endlink rub, then start looking at other possible options.

The clicking is not rotational, is like the axle is getting out of the transmission and getting back in, the clips are new and installed correctly.
I have upgraded 22mm rear swaybar, strut brace, and polyurethane bushings for the front stock swaybar. I think it has to do with bodu roll but i have a little of understeer as is. If i change the frobt swaybar that is going to get worse so that is my concern.
