Are all 1.6 timing chain kits about the same...inside

Need a quick answer so posting here too.

2007 MCS turbo, doing a full PM: timing chain, turbo, IC etc.
Got everything in and finally tore into today and realized i ordered a timing chain kit for the NA engine.
Amazon Amazon
From what i guess, is they are the same guides (except upper), same guide bolts, chain and sprocket and tensioner?
Therefore instead of waiting for another i juut need the upper guide, right?

Someone please help...thanks!

Just finished comparing my '07 MCS (N14) guide numbers with an '07 N12 built in sept '07 (same month as my MCS) on RealOEM. All three guide have different numbers. I suggest you do the same, using the N14 build date that is the same as your build date, just to be sure. Also note they use different chains too. Use the wrong parts at your risk! Tensioners are the same PN. Didn't check the guide mounting hardware numbers.

Amazon isn't your best choice for Mini Cooper parts. Try one of the NAM vendors. More expensive but less likely to get the wrong parts.
