Drivetrain 15% or 19%?

15% or 19%?
about a week ago i traded my 02' MCS for a 05' MCS. I had a 15% pulley on the last car. I was goin to do that again but the dealer says that the 19% is the way to go. I like the 15% and i have heard both good and bad things about the 19% so any info/imput is helpful, thx a bunch
