I paid 24 $ at the time for the tips from E-bay / China. I see they are about twice that now. It cost 120 for install here in Colorado at Intermountain Radiator and Muffler.
Sound is perfect. 100% reversible. I don't recall the exact weight savings but I was thinking around 17#?

That's super clean. I'm planning to do the same thing on my current 2012 rebuild. I like how you have the option to convert it back to stock. Nice work.
